Positive: The apartment itself was lovely, very clean and very comfy bed.. Excellent location for the Palace of Versailles. Very secure behind locked gate. Dog friendly. Very well priced for location.
Negative: Really put out that we booked this apartment ages ago and confirmed we would get a ground / no higher than 1st floor apartment as one of our party is a bit older and struggles with steps. Indeed had we not had this confirmed we would have booked elsewhere. We were almost at the apartments before we were told we had been allocated a 2nd floor flat and nothing else was available!! We expressed our unhappiness about this but felt very dismissed when we were told they were only little steps to the apartment !!!!!!! (this actually turned out to be a 'twisted' steep staircase of 30 steps). The said family member really struggled during our time there and this really put a damper on our trip to Versailles.

Negative: There was only one spare pillow. Also chose the property as it had free parking. It had no parking and cost us €50 to park our car

Positive: Very spacious and comfortable bed and sofa bed! Wonderful, kind, and helpful staff. Great location! We also loved how efficient the washing machine was and all the appliances. Appreciated the dryer rack too. Well equipped apartment!
Negative: No AC so it was very hot and uncomfortable during the day even with windows open and with the fans provided.
